The objective of this RFI is to address the acquisition framework to support the procurement of NSTTC capabilities. The NSTTC IPO is requesting industry feedback on the acquisition considerations that will shape the contracting strategies for contracts planned under the NSTTC acquisition framework. The acquisition framework is envisioned to include a Multiple-Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to address and acquire the various capability areas required to develop, integrate, and operate the NSTTC ranges. In addition, a Range Operations and Capability Enhancements contract and a supporting Technical Direction Agent (TDA) is also anticipated as part of the overall framework to manage and execute range integration activities. The Range Operations and Capability Enhancements and TDA contract strategy will not be addressed in this RFI. Please note that this acquisition framework is pre-decisional.

Future Industry Day is anticipated in June 2023.
