This notice does not constitute a solicitation or a promise of a solicitation in the future. This Industry Day request does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.

The Industry Day event will be hosted by the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Integrated Program Office (IPO) to share information on the NSTTC system concept, acquisition strategy, and projected timelines. The first day will be an opportunity to communicate government needs to commercial industry and assist industry in better arranging themselves to compete for government contracts. The second day will provide opportunities for industry representatives to give feedback to government on the NSTTC strategy and share risks and opportunities from industry's perspective.

The NSTTC IPO is an effort led by Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) in partnership with Space Systems Command (SSC) and U.S. Space Force Office of Test and Evaluation (USSF/TE). The NSTTC is comprised of an electromagnetic spectrum range (NSTTC-E), cyber range (NSTTC-C), orbital range (NSTTC-O), and digital complex (NSTTC-D).

For more information on NSTTC, the Vision document for the NSTTC is published here:

IMPORTANT NOTES: This event will be held at the controlled unclassified information (CUI) level with the potential for classified follow-ups at later dates. Day 2 will only consist of one-on-one sessions between government and industry. If you are interested in this option, please follow instructions in the attached NSTTC One-on-One Guidance document. The event POCs will reach out to all registered attendees with scheduling information.

Submit questions for a moderated Q&A session to POCs listed below no later than Friday, 16 June.
