Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Design-Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Building Envelope, Roof Repair and Replacement Construction in Support of the U.S. Army Reserves National Roofing Program (NRP), Army, and Air Force Reserve Sections. Work Details
The work details include evaluation criteria for the SOW, such as organization, collaborative approach for design-build, planning and scheduling, quality control, price evaluation, joint venture and mentor-protégé agreements, evidence of ability to obtain bonding and proof of financial ability.
