1/6/2020 - Update to Solicitation - Q & As to Amendment 002 and Revised Section B.5 Working Docs

The attached Questions and Answers are posted in response to interested parties questions submitted for Amendment 002.

The changes to the solicitation in Amendment 002 are minor and did not materially change the solicitation/content and as such previous submitted proposals using earlier version/formats of the solicitation and/or amendments will be acceptable for evaluation. Revised Section B.5 working documents have been attached and may be used for updated pages or revised proposal submissions.

The due date for SF30 acknowledgement, proposal submissions and/or revised pages to previously submitted proposals remains 1/9/2020 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time.

12/23/2019 - Update to Solicitation - Amendment 002 Posted and Proposal Due Date Extension

The attached SF-30 and revised/amended Solicitation 12024B19R9001-Amendment-002 is provided here on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) and replaces the previous versions of the solicitation in their entirety. The due date for receipt of proposals is extended to 2:00 PM (MT) on 1/9/2020. Please see Section C.6 - Amendments To Proposals (AGAR 452.215-72)(FEB 1988) of the solicitation for information on changing your previous proposal submittal.

Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended , by one of the following methods: (a) By completing Items 8 and 15 on the SF-30, and returning 1 copy of the amendment; (b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted ; or (c) By
separate letter or electronic communication which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. If by virtue of this amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted , such change may be made by letter or electronic communication, provided each letter or electronic communication makes reference to the solicitation and this amendment, and is received prior to the opening hour and date specified.

Solicitation questions from prospective Offerors shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer at larry.robillard@usda.gov, no later than 2:00 PM (MT) on 12/30/2019. Answers to all questions submitted will be posted to the GPE as soon as possible.

The Standard Form 30 was not included in the revised solicitation and is now attached.

10/24/2019 Update for Pre-Proposal Conference details

The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held in Boise on 28 October 2019, starting at 0900 at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Boise, 7957 W. Spectrum Way Boise, Id 83709. Please plan to be on time as the conference will start promptly at 0900.
