Description

The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Operational Contracting Division (AQ-C) hereby issues an the intends to sole source the subject requirement to Marriott Denver Tech Center (MDTC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 532490 and a period of performance of 17-21 April 2023 . It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.

Background: During this conference it is expected that over 400 personnel from the 54 states and territories will attend to receive the information and training provided by the NGB J5. The Government requires audio visual services for the conference facility in order to display the the speakers information and provide ample sound for the large rooms at the conference. These services are required to ensure all those participating receive the information from any point of the large rooms.During this offsite event, the attached requirements shows the list of rooms and AV equipment the Government has identified to be required in order to ensure this conference is a success.

Due to the size of the event, rooms and number of attendees, failing to provide AV services would be a detractor the event causing a breakdown in communication.
The Government requires the following services during this conference:

Audio: (1) Ballroom House Sound System, (3) Gooseneck Microphone, (1) 14 Channel Compact Recording Mixer, (1) Wireless Handheld Microphone, (1) UHF Wireless Mic Receiver Single, (1) UHF Wireless Mic Handheld - SM58, (1) Wireless Lavaliere Microphone, (1) UHF Wireless Mic Receiver Single, (1) UHF Wireless Mic Bodypack & Lav, (1) Stereo Mini to XLR Audio Interface

Lighting: (1) Basic Stage Lighting-Ground supported, (4) 26 Degree S4 Ellipsoidal, (2) 12' Steel Pipe, (2) 50 LB Steel Pipe Base Plate Round, (1) 1 x 2K Inline Dimmer Pack

Staging: (3) 16'x13' Velour Drape Black IFR, Add up lights to drape (blue color). Personnel: (1) Technician to Set, (3) Audio Technician-Operate, (2) Technician to Strike. Needed at the Marriott Denver Tech Center, 17-20 APR, 2023, for conference members to see/hear the speakers/presentations.

Background

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s) to support audio-visual services for the National Guard Bureau’s 2023 Annual State Partnership Program (SPP) conference in Denver, CO. The scope includes providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to support audio-visual services. The specific tasks include providing video, audio, lighting, staging equipment, and personnel for the conference at Marriott Denver Tech Center from 17th to 21st April 2023.

The period of performance is set for 17th to 21st April 2023.

Place of Performance
