Background
The National Guard Bureau’s Operational Contracting Division Contracting Office (NGB-AQ-C) is conducting market research to identify interested parties for the requirement of Office of Protocol Events Management Services at the National Guard Bureau in Arlington, VA.

The goal is to procure these services competitively through a Certified Small Business 8(a) Program Participant contract, ensuring a sufficient number of capable vendors are available for this requirement.

Work Details
The contractor will provide non-personal, professional, commercial support services for Events Management Services in support of the NGB-OP Division.

Key tasks include:
- Conducting advance event market research
- Coordinating logistical support for conferences (including audio-visual needs, meeting space, attendee lodging, and transportation)
- Preparing event request packages according to established policies
- Capturing logistic coordination details from hotels
- Verifying conference packet submissions with Action Officers
- Planning and scheduling site surveys and evaluations
- Building presentations for fiscal year conference reviews
- Tracking the status of all conference packages across various states and territories
- Participating in conference management program meetings.

The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining communication with action officers until event completion and collecting After Action Reports to disseminate to the Office of Secretary of Defense.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
