National Consensus Development and Strategic Planning for Health Care Quality Measurement

Background
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the services of a consensus-based entity, necessary to support various duties pertaining to health care performance measurement, as required under Section 1890 of the Social Security Act. Amendment 0001 to Solicitation No. 75FCMC22R0031 serves to provide the Government's responses to the Question and Answer (Q&A) session conducted for the subject procurement. The contract is for National Consensus Development and Strategic Planning for Health Care Quality Measurement.

Work Details
The contract requires the contractor to furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, facilities, and supplies needed to perform the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work. The contract is Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and includes Transition Period, Base Period, Option Periods 1-4. The Schedule of Deliverables is provided as Attachment J.2 and includes working papers, interim reports, data provided by the contractor under the contract, data produced by the contractor under the contract, data collected or otherwise obtained by the contractor under the contract, and results obtained or developed by the contractor, subcontractors, or consultants pursuant to the fulfillment of the contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is from February 27, 2023 through February 26, 2028.

Place of Performance
The contractor and their subcontractor(s) shall not perform any activities under this contract outside of the United States and its territories without prior written approval from the government.
