National Center on Substance Abuse and Child Welfare (NCSACW) Technical Assistance and Training   4

Background
The purpose of this contract is to continue to address the priorities of the National Center on Substance Abuse and Child Welfare (NCSACW) mission, which is to improve systems and practices for families with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, and child abuse and neglect who are involved with or at risk for involvement with the child welfare and family judicial systems by assisting local, state, and tribal agencies. The contract will involve delivering technical assistance and training activities. It will continue most of the activities undertaken during previous contract periods as well as respond to emerging needs as they develop over the course of the award. These include technical assistance, training, resource development, information dissemination, and transition, maintenance, and further development of a website. It will also provide support to grantees and support a number of optional tasks as needed.

Work Details
