National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage Uninterruptible Power Supply Battery and Capacitor Replacement

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to a small business that is an Authorized Service Provider of Vertiv Corporation.

The goal of this contract is to facilitate the replacement of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) capacitors and batteries at the National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage (NCCIPS). This acquisition aims to ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical information processing systems.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the procurement and installation of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized parts, specifically for UPS equipment. The work includes:
- Removal of existing DC capacitors, AC commutation capacitors, AC input capacitors, AC output capacitors, and power supply capacitors.
- The replacement will occur in various buildings including 9323, 9324, and Electrical Shelters A1, A2, C1, F1, and G1 at the NCCIPS Complex located at Stennis Space Center, MS.
- The estimated ceiling amount for this BPA over a four-year period is $4,000,000.00.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this Blanket Purchase Agreement will span four years, commencing on or about August 18, 2025, through on or about August 17, 2029.
