National Capital Region Multiple Award Task Order Contract

Background
The Headquarters, Mission Installation Contracting Command – Theater Support Center (HQ MICC-TSC) intends to award a competitive Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide maintenance, repair, and minor construction acquisition support to seven sites in the National Capital Region (NCR).

This contract will cover six U.S. Army Garrison Directorate of Public Works (DPW) locations and the Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). The goal is to execute Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects as identified in the Installation’s Annual Work Plan.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a broad range of tasks including:
- Maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on various real property facilities.
- Specific engineering areas include architectural, civil, electrical, environmental, mechanical, and structural disciplines.
- Potential projects may involve barracks, administrative facilities, maintenance shops, child development centers (CDC), physical fitness centers, food service facilities, training facilities, airfield structures, roads, public safety facilities, athletic fields, utilities management (both underground and overhead), cemeteries, warehouses, auditoriums, and research facilities.
- The contractor will be responsible for all management and supervision required for these tasks.
- The scope of work also includes compliance with technical criteria outlined in the SOW for each task order.

Period of Performance
The contract has a five-year base period with two one-year option periods for a total ordering period of seven years.

Place of Performance
The projects will be performed at the following locations: Aberdeen Proving Ground (Maryland), Fort George G. Meade (Maryland), Fort Detrick (Maryland), Fort Belvoir (Virginia), Fort Walker (Virginia), Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (Virginia), Arlington National Cemetery (Virginia).
