Amendment 0005- The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to provide and updated version of the document titled, "Combined Synopsis Solicitation 70SBUR21R00000009", in track changes. The only change to this document is the Phase II due date. In accordance with the attached Q&A upload, the Phase II due date is hereby extended by 20 days from receipt of advisory notices to March 31st, 2021 at 12:00pm ET.

Amendment 0004- The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to provide an updated version of the document titled, "Combined Synopsis Solicitation 70SBUR21R00000009", in track changes. HSAR Clause 3052.222-72 Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping (Deviation 2021-01) has been removed. Additionally, the AQL within Scenario 1--Quality Control in Section 4.3.3 II has been revised to state 97% (previously 98%). The Phase II due date remains the same.

Amendment 0003 - The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to provide an updated version of the document titled, "Combined Synopsis Solicitation 70SBUR21R00000009", in track changes, as well as, "Attachment 3.5 - Price Schedule and Staffing Proposal Model". The labor category previously titled as, "Onsite Security", has been changed to, "HR EOD Specialist". These revised documents replace the previous versions. The Phase II due date has been extended to March 22, 2021 at 12:00pm ET.

Amendment 0002--This purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide an updated version of the document titled, "Combined Synopsis Solicitation 70SBUR21R00000009", in track changes. This revised document replaces the previous version. The Phase I due date has been extended to February 3rd, 2021 at 12:00pm ET. The Phase II due date remains the same.

Description: The requirements for this procurement involve administrative and clerical services to support USCIS in the processing of immigration applications and petitions. Tasks under this procurement include: courier services, receive, track and distribute correspondence and packages, perform timely, complete and accurate file room operations including file storage, maintenance and transaction processing, scanning and filing Freedom of Information Act requests, and Program Management.

Place of Contract Performance: The services will be performed at the NBC in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Overland Park, Kansas.

Set-aside Status: This procurement is a total set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 (Facility Support Services); the small business size standard is $41.5M.

The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; an addenda to 52.212-1 is provided in the attached solicitation document.
