This Notice is directly related to Pre-Solicitation Notice ID no. W911QY25R0003, and serves to offer Industry an opportunity to review the anticipated Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) Package, as well as to ask any questions prior to the formal Solicitation being issued later in January of 2025. This is NOT a request for proposal, and is being used for market research purposes only. Please see the attached copy of the Draft RFP and all supplemental documentation for additional details. Background
The Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) is seeking contractors for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) aimed at providing various construction-related services.

The primary goal of this contract is to support the NSSC's mission through general construction, including new construction, alterations, renovations, and design-build projects. The maximum contract value is set at $99,999,999.99.

Work Details
Contractors will be responsible for a wide range of construction tasks under this MATOC, including but not limited to:
1. **Architectural Work**: Involves all aspects of building integrity such as framing, carpentry, painting, flooring, roofing, and installation of fixtures.
2. **Environmental Services**: Includes abatement and remediation of hazardous materials like asbestos and lead-based paint.
3. **Structural Services**: Covers conventional construction materials and structural systems.
4. **Civil Engineering**: Encompasses site planning, road construction, utility installation (water supply, drainage), and landscaping.
5. **Communication Systems**: Installation of secure communication networks including LAN and fiber optics.
6. **Security Systems**: Implementation of anti-terrorism measures and facility security systems.
7. **Electrical Work**: Involves electrical power supply systems including lighting and backup power solutions.
8. **Mechanical Systems**: Installation of HVAC systems and plumbing services related to water and gas supply.
9. **Fire Protection Systems**: Design and installation of fire detection and alarm systems.
10. **Instrumentation & Acoustics**: Design for monitoring systems and sound dampening installations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is anticipated to begin on March 7, 2025, with a completion date extending to March 6, 2030.
