The project consists of repairing damage to twenty-four buildings near each other at Stennis Space Center SSC. The work is to repair damaged roofs observed immediately after Hurricanes Zeta and Ida. Work shall include roof replacements of 24 miscellaneous roofs including demolition and installation of new roofs as well, roof deck repairs/replacements and demolition of installation of lightening protection systems.
Background
The project consists of repairing damage to twenty-four buildings near each other at Stennis Space Center (SSC). The work is to repair damaged roofs observed immediately after Hurricanes Zeta and Ida.

Work Details
The project scope is to design and replace 24 facility existing roofs (approximately 815,000 SF) with new 20-year waterproof roofs and to verify existing uplift capacity of metal deck.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will be determined based on the evaluation of proposals and making the best value decision for award of any resultant contract.
