Background
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is an independent Federal agency that helps safeguard and preserve our nation's history by overseeing the management of all Federal records. The mission is to ensure ready access to the essential evidence that documents the rights of American citizens, the actions of Federal officials, and the national experience. NARA is a small agency with limited internal IT development and systems engineering resources, so they are interested in solutions that focus on small to mid-sized organizations, do not require extensive technology configuration and integration efforts, and can easily fit into NARA’s architecture and meet its requirements.

Work Details
NARA anticipates the need for professional services to provide configuration of its current enterprise contact management tool (referred internally as 'ECMT') which is based on HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise SaaS to accommodate the communication needs of 20-30 additional business sub organizations/entities. The Vendor would be expected to use applicable best practices to optimize the changes to the setup and configuration as appropriate. The services required include communicating with designated stakeholders for each NARA business unit to determine their specific email contact management needs, documenting these requirements, configuring HubSpot Marketing Hub for each business unit, conducting formal testing procedures, creating documentation of each configuration process appropriate for use as Admin or end-user guides, providing instructor-led training via video telecom, providing associated end-to-end project management as required, and ensuring work complies with associated NARA-provided policies and procedures for information security and project development including NARA SDLC, IT Security, Section 508 regulations, and policies.
