NAF Printer Service and Maintenance

Background
The purpose of this solicitation is for service and maintenance of a Ricoh IM C6500 Color Laser Multifunction Printer. The contract is issued by the 55th Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The goal of the contract is to ensure serviceability and prevent deterioration in operational effectiveness of the printer.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide service and maintenance for the Ricoh IM C6500 Color Laser Multifunction Printer, including inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs as required during scheduled on-site visits. The contractor must comply with manufacturers’ recommendations and procedures, all local, state, and federal regulations, and the Statement of Work.

The scope of work includes routine inspection, maintenance, preventive maintenance and inspection, reports preparation, other repairs not covered under the service contract, telephone and email support.

The period of performance will be a base period of one year followed by four one-year option periods.
