Background
The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley Air Force Base, VA, is seeking to establish a contract for non-personal services related to massage therapy at the Langley Sports and Fitness Center.

This initiative aims to provide quality massage therapy services to authorized patrons of Joint Base Langley-Eustis, ensuring a reliable and continuous service that aligns with the mission of supporting the health and wellness of military personnel and their families.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the massage therapy services.

Specific tasks include:
- Providing table and chair massages.
- Supplying relevant forms, linens, printers, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensuring that all massage therapists are CPR and First Aid certified.
- Maintaining current certifications related to the services provided.
- Providing proof of liability insurance.
- Arriving 15 minutes prior to appointments and greeting customers within 5 minutes while securing payment receipts.
- Ensuring the online appointment calendar is operational at all times.
- Identifying necessary repairs in writing and coordinating with Langley Fitness Staff for maintenance tasks during normal duty hours or as needed outside these hours.
- Submitting deliverables electronically using Microsoft Office applications, including certificates of insurance and CPR/First Aid certifications within specified timelines after contract award.
