NAF Electrical BPA

Background
The contract is issued by the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) for the purpose of providing electrical repair services at non-appropriated fund lodging facilities.
The goal of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly and safely, adhering to the standards set forth by relevant codes and regulations.
The contractor must be bonded and licensed in the state of Texas.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform a variety of electrical repairs including:
1. Repairing street/parking lot lighting, which involves bulbs, ballast, fuses, junction boxes, fixtures, above ground conduit, lighting contactors, housing functions, remote lighting controls, photoelectric control cells, and testing circuits for function and illumination.
2. Repairing electrical gates including input/output voltage motors, relays, capacitors, limit switches, wiring, connection points, conduits, junction boxes, and gate operations.
3. Repairing or replacing interior/exterior electrical outlets.
4. Repairing or replacing overhead lighting, fluorescent ballasts, and emergency/exit lights.
5. Ensuring all work is performed by licensed personnel including a Master Electrician and Journeyman electricians following NFPA 70 standards and OSHA regulations.
6. Implementing a quality control system to prevent defects in service delivery.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for the performance of work are Joint Base San Antonio lodging facilities located at Lackland and Randolph.
