Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to procure spares for the Naval Aviation Distributed Training Center (NADTC) Expansion located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana.

The goal of this contract is to enhance Distributed Mission Training (DMT) capabilities through device upgrades, ensuring compatibility and continuity with existing training devices. This expansion effort focuses on upgrading the high-fidelity system trainer at NAS Oceana, involving the procurement of specific commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components.

Work Details
The contract requires the procurement of computer hardware and monitors as part of the device upgrades for the NADTC.

The components must be COTS items that align with existing training devices to facilitate a low-risk update that will not impact the training curriculum.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is until 21 July 2026.

Place of Performance
Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana.
