Background
The Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) Office of Nuclear Incident Response (NA-84) is soliciting proposals from both small and large businesses for the acquisition of two (2) each Rotary Wing Aircraft. This acquisition is being considered under the authority of Parts 12, and is designated as full and open competition. The contract will be awarded using the best value tradeoff procedures.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and material that is required for the production, quality assurance, functional and operational tests, and documentation as necessary to achieve aircraft certification, of two (2) each Rotary Wing Aircraft. The contract includes various option line items such as Airframe Enhancements, Mission Capability Enhancements, Cockpit Enhancements, Operational Equipment Enhancements, Spare, Sustainment, and Training support, and Ground Support Equipment. The Contractor shall document the price of each Sub-Line Item (SLIN) they will furnish on Attachment 2, Price Proposal Spreadsheet.
