N6945023R0104 $99m Unrestricted Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for Architect-Engineer Design and Related Services at the NAVFAC SE - Central Area of Operations

Background
The solicitation is for an unrestricted indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-discipline Professional Architect-Engineer (A/E) services at various DoD and non-DoD activities in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast. The contract may also be used at other DoD or non-DoD facilities worldwide. The contract will be for a period of five years with a total value not exceeding $99,000,000. The guaranteed minimum for the contract term is $1,000.

Work Details
The services required include comprehensive Architectural-Engineering services for the design of new construction, repair, replacement, demolition, renovation, alteration, and/or improvement of DoD facilities. This includes various facility types such as aviation and aircraft facilities, administration and operations facilities, personnel housing facilities, dining facilities, recreational facilities, and utility systems upgrades. The contract may also require multi-discipline design services including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, planning, environmental, fire protection and interior design.
Specific tasks may include facility planning and project development, preparation of design-bid-build packages and design-build Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, studies, cost estimates, field investigations, surveying and mapping, hazardous materials testing and identification among others.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract will be performed over a period of five years with an estimated start date in October 2024.

Place of Performance
The A/E services under this contract will primarily relate to projects located within the NAVFAC SE CENTRAL Area of Operation (AOO), supporting locations in South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and Cuba. However, the contract may also be used at other DoD or non-DoD facilities worldwide.
