QUESTIONS.
Description: The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific)
hereby issues
solicitation/ Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N6600121R0013. This procurement is a
100% small business
set-aside competition anticipated to result in multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite
Quantity (IDIQ)
Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts to obtain systems engineering, software
engineering, and life-cycle
support for developing and sustaining business systems and enterprise information
systems for Navy,
DoD, Foreign Military Sales, and Federal agencies. Services needed during this effort
include but are not
limited to: designing, developing, testing, implementing, sustaining, maintaining, and
system hosting.
The prospective contracts period of performance will have a two-year base period and
four, two-year
option periods. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 (Except, Military and
Aerospace
Equipment and Military Weapons) with a size standard of $41.5 million. Awardees of
contracts under this
solicitation will compete for orders pursuant to the ordering process at FAR 16.505(b).
The incumbents are
Cognetic (N66001-15-D-0141), Geocent (N66001-15-D-0142), and VSolvit (N66001-15-
D-0143).
A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be
provided. The
