The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a noncompetitive basis with CANA, LLC, 5582 Tucson, CT. Haymarket, Virginia, 20169-3145, United States.
The description of summary of work listed below is to build upon CANA's Distribution Network
model (DNM), the Military Power and Energy Model (MPEM) and the Logistical Analysis and Wargame Support Tool (LAWST) and Synthetic Theater Operational Research Model Energy (STORM E) to compile a suit of model-centric Operational Energy Supportability Analysis.
The primary objectives include evaluating aggregate models on the energy consumption of national combat operations and analyzing potential changes to mission effectiveness. Results from these hypothetical models will provide critical information for energy performance parameters of UXV systems.
A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 541715, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering and Life Sciences and the business size standard is 1,000 employees.
