Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Evergreen Fire & Security. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this Synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Evergreen Fire & Security (SAM UEID JN1KL17EELC5, CAGE Code 1XMK2) of 2111 S 90TH ST. Tacoma, Washington 98444-1824
Work to be performed;
Install an AiPhone Video Intercom System Sub Monitor into a conference room. The installation will include a sub monitor intercom with desk or wall mount options. New cabling and conduit will be required. The installation will include a contractor field test and system acceptance testing.
The Government intends to negotiate solely with Evergreen Fire & Security under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 800 (of employees) employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government. All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
