The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Bronze Bear Communications, Inc (dba FlexRadio Systems) of Austin, TX (CAGE code: 55PX6). This procurement is for the following items:
Qty. 4: FLEX-9600, Radio, 48khz
Qty. 4: FRM-WB, Modem
Qty. 4: Precision Time Stamping License
Qty. 4: 6500/6700 GPSDO GPS TCXO Disciplined Oscillator Option w/ antenna
Qty. 4: 6400/6600 RKMT, Rack Mount Kit
Based on an approved Justification For Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other vendors will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted JNCP is attached to this Notice of Intent.
A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.
