The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Concurrent Technologies Corporation of Johnstown, PA. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:
Qty. 3 0212654-1 Rev. F RL (Mast Weldment)
Qty. 6 0211468-2 Rev. G RL (Support Tube Assembly)
Qty. 24 0212772-1 Rev. A RL (Device Tube Assembly)
Qty. 12 0211408 Rev. F (16 Element Support)
Based on an approved Justification and Approval (J&A), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted J&A is attached to this Notice of Intent.
A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail.
The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees.
