The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed-Price FAR 13 purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), of San Diego, California, 92128 (CAGE Code: 65409). The justification for a non-competitive award is as follows. The requirement is only available from one responsible source. The items listed above are used in the lab environment to certify afloat C4I suites as part of final test prior to installation aboard afloat units. This system supersedes the current Gateway system provided by the OEM.
The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the business size standard is $41,500,000.00.
