The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Rohde & Schwarz. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

The above supplies are required to provide wideband capability to the NIWC PAC OWNED M3SR4100 transceiver and radios in support of HF Communications Demonstration for North Engineering Joint Capability. Rohde & Schwarz is the only vendor providing equipment compatible with network, software, and other minimum Government requirements.
A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
