Background
The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) is part of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), which is responsible for research, development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for the Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles.

This contract aims to procure industrial workhorses necessary for manufacturing large components to support CLB Component operations. The absence of these workhorses poses a risk of work stoppage that could impact delivery timelines to the U.S. Navy.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply a total of eighteen (18) industrial workhorses: twelve (12) units measuring 24" high x 36" wide and six (6) units measuring 36" high x 42" wide. Each workhorse must have a capacity of 150,000 lbs (75 tons). Specific requirements include:
- Frame: Structural steel weldments
- Safety labeling: Engineer rated steel capacity tag & capacity load stickers
- Finish: Powder coat in safety yellow or equivalent
- Spring-loaded compression casters
- Steel top surface
- Certification with requested load rating and PE stamped drawings upon completion.

Shipping costs are included in the price, with delivery to NFPC at the specified address.
