Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia PA (NSWCPD) is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of Monobloc Propellers and Caps to support U.S. Navy Ship Propulsion Systems.

The contract aims to establish an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for the manufacture and delivery of these components. This initiative is part of the 2SCOG Program, which focuses on enhancing naval propulsion capabilities.

The contract includes the following items:
1. **Monobloc Propellers and Caps**
- **CLIN 0001**: Monobloc Propeller (Port) - Maximum Quantity: 6 each, NSN: 2010-01-502-6309.
- **CLIN 0002**: Monobloc Propeller (Stbd) - Maximum Quantity: 6 each, NSN: 2010-01-502-6310.
- **CLIN 0003**: CVN-78 Propeller Cap - Maximum Quantity: 8 each, NSN: 2010-LL-HAL-4652.
- **CLIN 0004**: LHD-1 Propeller Cap - Maximum Quantity: 2 each, NSN: 2010-LL-HAL-2798.
- **CLIN 0005**: LCC-19 Propeller Cap - Maximum Quantity: 1 each, NSN: TBD.

Each item will have a fixed price established at the order level. The total program estimate for this MAC is $40,000,500.00 with a guaranteed minimum order of $500.00 for each awardee at the time of contract award.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this contract will extend from the date of contract award through sixty (60) months after the date of award.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations as specified in individual delivery orders issued under this contract.
