Description

Contract N6247321C3801, remove the existing roofing and replace with new roof systems at Building 1H, Naval Medical Center San Diego, California. This project repairs approximately 6600 SF of existing roof and repairs with new 72 mil PVC roof over a fire-resistant fiberglass mat slip sheet, all mechanically attached thru the existing roof to the structural substrate below. On the 4th floor directly below this roofed area approximately 7200 SF of existing sheet vinyl & VCT corridor flooring is to be removed and replaced with epoxy flooring.
