Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is issuing a solicitation for a Base Operating Support Contract (BOSC) at Naval Base Coronado, California. This contract aims to provide comprehensive facilities support services, ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of the base.

The contract is set aside for 100% small business participation and will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, which includes both recurring and non-recurring work items.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing various services under the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes but is not limited to:
- Recurring Services: Regular maintenance and operational support tasks as outlined in the PWS.
- Nonrecurring Services: One-time tasks that may arise during the contract period.
- Emergency Task Orders: The government may issue non-definitive task orders under emergency conditions requiring immediate action from the contractor.
- Quality Management System: The contractor must establish a Quality Management System to ensure compliance with performance objectives and standards.
- Weekly performance evaluation meetings with government representatives during the first six months, transitioning to monthly thereafter.
- Compliance with service contract reporting requirements and submission of various reports related to labor executed during each fiscal year.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial base period of six months, followed by seven option periods of twelve months each, allowing for a total potential performance duration of up to eight years.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Naval Base Coronado, California.
