This acquisition will result in the award of an 8(a) set-aside Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) FSC Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC) for the NAVFAC SW Area of Responsibility (AOR), including Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. The successful Offerors must be able perform multiple task orders in multiple locations simultaneously. In addition, the proposed initial task order includes FFP Recurring services of Facility Investment, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, and Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, as well as IDIQ Non-recurring Facility Investment, Pest Control, and Integrated Solid Waste Management at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California.

Background
NAVFAC Southwest plans to award an 8(a) set-aside indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price, multiple award service contract (MASC) to support facility maintenance across its Southwest Area of Responsibility, which includes Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah.
The contract will support both recurring and non-recurring task orders and aims to deliver critical infrastructure services with an initial task order focused on facility investment, pest control, integrated solid waste management, and grounds maintenance at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA.

Work Details
Provide inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) of facility investment assets, including HVAC and chillers, boilers, emergency generators, weight handling equipment, steel and fabric hangar doors, roll-up doors and windows, fire detection and alarm systems, wet pipe automatic sprinkler systems, AFFF systems, fire pump systems, carbon dioxide systems, facility control systems, uninterruptible power systems, wash rack systems, and air compressors. Perform demolition, repair, or parts replacement as needed.
Conduct grounds maintenance within MCAS Camp Pendleton and adjacent corridors (Basilone Road, Vandegrift Blvd), including grass cutting, weed control, plant bed and ornamental tree care, and biennial palm frond pruning.
Provide refuse collection and disposal by supplying dumpsters of specified sizes for rubbish and recyclables and performing regular waste and recycling pickup.
Execute comprehensive pest control services targeting ants, cockroaches, bees, wasps, hornets, spiders and other stinging arthropods, turf and ornamental pests, commensal rodents, bats, pest birds, squirrels, and raccoons.

Period of Performance
Five-year IDIQ ordering period commencing at contract award, during which firm fixed price task orders will be issued and performed as required.
Includes an initial recurring services task order at MCB Camp Pendleton, CA.

Place of Performance
NAVFAC Southwest Area of Responsibility covering Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah; initial task order location at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, California.
