Background
The contract is issued by NAVFAC Atlantic for Architect-Engineer services aimed at supporting the Navy and Marine Corps with planning and engineering services. The primary focus is on projects located predominantly on the East Coast of the United States, but tasks may also be assigned globally. The goal of this contract is to procure multi-discipline AE services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) framework, with a total fee not exceeding $95,000,000.

Work Details
The primary types of services expected to be performed under this contract include:

(a) Plans such as Global Shore Infrastructure Plans (GSIPs), Installation Development Plans (IDPs), Installation Climate Resilience Plans (ICRPs), and others;

(b) Project Planning Documents including Military Construction documentation, cost estimates, and economic analyses;

(c) Studies involving feasibility studies, safety studies, and traffic studies;

(d) Integrated Product Support studies;

(e) Installation Geospatial Information & Services involving GIS data management;

(f) Documentation related to planning services;

(g) Minor design efforts including preparation of RFPs for Design/Build contracts.

Secondary services include development of facility planning criteria and standards, event facilitation like workshops and charrettes, customer concept designs, and 3D modeling.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract will have a base period of one year with four additional one-year option periods. The estimated start date for the contract is June 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed in the Continental United States East Coast region but may also extend to Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia, and other locations worldwide.
