Background
The solicitation is for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for architect-engineer (AE) services for design and engineering services for industrial type facilities located throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command area of operations, worldwide. The contract will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods, with an estimated start date of July 2024. The total fee for the contract term must not exceed $95,000,000, with a guaranteed minimum of $10,000. The procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.

Work Details
The contract will involve multi-discipline AE services for various design projects including airfield facilities, waterfront facilities, operational facilities, water/wastewater treatment facilities, utility system upgrades, hangars, administration buildings, religious facilities, dining facilities, recreational facilities, security buildings, child development centers, industrial maintenance facilities, ranges, communication centers, and more. Additionally, the work may include ancillary projects such as roads, parking areas, railroads, bridges, foundations, retaining walls, failure investigation including destructive and non-destructive testing,
seismic evaluation and design,
progressive collapse analysis,
blast resistant design,
structural engineering investigations,
utility systems including sanitary and storm water systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year and four one-year option periods with an estimated start date of July 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command area of operations and may also include work worldwide.
