Background
The solicitation is for Base Operations Support (BOS) Services at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) and Forward Operating Location Facility Support, Chabelley Air Field, Djibouti (Chabelley). The proposed contract will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based contract that includes both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items. The services are currently being performed under a Firm-Fixed Price, IDIQ contract awarded to Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Inc.

Work Details
The work includes providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide services for various areas such as General Information; Management and Administration; Public Safety; Air Operations; Ordnance; Supply; Morale, Welfare and Recreation Support; Galley; Unaccompanied Housing; Facilities Support; Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping; Utilities; Transportation; and Environmental. The solicitation will utilize source selection procedures from Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 and will require offerors to submit corporate experience, technical approach / management approach, safety, past performance, and a price proposal for evaluation.

Period of Performance
The contract term will be a base period of up to 12 months with six one-year option periods and three six-month options periods, not to exceed a total of 102 months.

Place of Performance
All services under this contract will be performed overseas.
