Description

N62470-22-R-0005 - Base Operations Support (BOS) services at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ)

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic is seeking to identify companies with the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for a Base Operations Support (BOS) to support Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), with the potential for support to additional nearby bases. The work is anticipated to be accomplished under a single award Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based type contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items for BOS Services with a base performance period up to twelve (12) months, a potential of six (6) one-year option periods, and three (3) six-two (102) months.

Work Details
The work may include, but is not limited to, providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide services for: Public Safety (Force Protection, Fire & Emergency Services, Emergency Management), Air Operations (Airfield Facilities, Passenger Terminal and Cargo Handling), Ordnance, Supply (Material Management, Supply Services), MWR, Galley, Unaccompanied Housing, Facility Support (Facility Management, Facility Investment, Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, Pavement Clearance), Utilities (Utility Management, Electrical, Wastewater, Water), Transportation, and Environmental.

The services will support Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti Africa and Forward Operating Location Facility Support at Chabelley Air Field in Djibouti.

Period of Performance
The work is anticipated to be accomplished under a single award Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based type contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items for BOS Services with a base performance period up to twelve (12) months.

Place of Performance
The services will support Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti Africa and Forward Operating Location Facility Support at Chabelley Air Field in Djibouti.
