Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) at Naval Station Newport, RI, is issuing this solicitation for the Design Bid Build project focused on the replacement of Building 114 Crane 64.

4. Upgrading the electric power infrastructure to support two new 3-ton cranes operating on the common rail system.
5. Option Item No. 1 includes providing all work related to a second new 3-ton overhead electric traveling bridge crane in room 101 of Building 114 and installing a crane anti-collision sensor system for each of the two cranes.
