Background
The solicitation is for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for engineering services for total building commissioning services for NAVFAC MIDLANT Area of Responsibility (AOR). Providing an organizational chart for the team and discussing the management plan for this contract and personnel roles in the organization. Describing the firm’s present workload and the availability of the project commissioning team, indicating location of the office(s) that will be performing the commissioning work. Providing a narrative describing the team’s knowledge of the prevailing climate of the geographic areas to be covered by this contract.
