Background
The U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan, is seeking proposals for the maintenance and control of water quality for training pools and other water facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and safety of swimming pool water treatment systems and associated facilities. The contractor must comply with all local laws and regulations while performing the work.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform maintenance, repair, and alteration for Swimming Pool Water Treatment Systems and Fall & Pond at Naval Air Facility Atsugi. This includes recurring and non-recurring work as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The services will include tasks outlined in various annexes related to general information, management, administration, recurring work, and non-recurring work. The contractor must also track quantities ordered through Government Purchase Card (GPC) orders and report monthly on total ordered quantities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 16, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with options for additional periods extending through April 30, 2033.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan.
