Background
The U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan, is seeking contractors to provide Facility Investment Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and sanitation of critical infrastructure within the facility, aligning with the agency's mission to support military operations effectively.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform maintenance services including:

1. **Drain Pipe** - Cleaning drain pipes to ensure they are sanitary, functional, and operational without offensive odors or clogs.

2. **Dryer Duct** - Cleaning laundry dryer exhaust duct systems using machines to maintain sanitation and functionality.

3. **Water Storage Tank** - Cleaning and disinfecting the designated water storage tank and associated equipment for cleanliness and sanitation.

The contractor must furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and any other necessary work to accomplish these requirements in accordance with the contract specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with options for additional periods extending through June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi and Combined Arms Training Center at Camp Fuji in Japan.
