N40084 Custodial Services at the U.S. NAF Atsugi, Japan   4

Background
The U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is issuing this solicitation for custodial services at the U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan. The mission of NAVFAC is to provide facilities engineering and support to the Navy and Marine Corps. The goal of this contract is to ensure that custodial services are provided efficiently and effectively at the facility, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in Japan.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to deliver both recurring and non-recurring custodial services. Specific tasks include:

1) Emptying waste containers;
2) Carpet and rug deep cleaning;
3) Cleaning drinking fountains;
4) Cleaning recycling containers;
5) Entrance cleaning;
6) Exterior window cleaning;
7) High area cleaning;
8) Interior window cleaning;
9) Disinfection of common area surfaces;
10) Restroom cleaning and servicing; among others as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must also comply with local laws and regulations regarding business operations in Japan.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract will be from May 16, 2025, to March 31, 2030. This includes a base period followed by multiple option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan.
