Background
The U.S. Naval Air Facility, Atsugi, Japan is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive custodial services. This contract aims to ensure that the facility maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which is critical for operational readiness and the well-being of personnel stationed there. The contractor will be responsible for all management, supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to fulfill the custodial requirements as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to continuously deliver custodial services at the U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi. The services include:

1. General Information - Overview of custodial requirements.
2. Management and Administration - Oversight of service delivery and compliance with standards.
3. Recurring Service Work - Daily cleaning tasks including trash removal and restocking supplies such as toilet paper and soap.
4. Non-Recurring Service Work - Special cleaning tasks performed periodically such as window cleaning and deep cleaning of specific areas.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027.
