This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N4008425Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Removal, Rinse, and Disposal of Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) Material from Hangars and Non-hangars Facilities at Various Locations within U.S. Navy Region, Japan. It is important to note that this combined synopsis/solicitation requesting a quote shall not be construed as obligating the Government to award a contract or authorizing work to commence and shall not serve as a basis for any future claims against the Government.
