SOLICITATION NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONS This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) intend to solicit for services to provide and install one hundred twenty (120) Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant BrightSign XT11444-T, one hundred twenty (120) TAA-compliant BrightSign WS-103 Single WIFI/Bluetooth Antenna and one hundred twenty (120) 64 GB class 10 microSD card SDHC-64C10-1 (M). Based on the responses received from sources sought notice ID 36C24823Q0303, the Request for Quotation will be solicited as tiered evaluations including small business concerns. The anticipated base period of performance is April 03, 2023, through September 25, 2023. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation on SAM.gov | Home will be on or about February 07, 2023. Contractors must be registered on the SAM.gov | Home portal prior to contract award, during contract period of performance and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors is $16.5 Million.
