The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center on Imaging System Removal Service. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified sources of supply and determine the socioeconomic size classification of the supplier and manufacturer of the end item. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for Imaging System Removal Services at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to de-install, remove, transport, and dispose of the Omega Medical Imaging Inc. CS-50 imaging system from the GI Lab ERCP room at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, CO. The work must comply with OEM specifications and all applicable VA, federal, state, and local requirements.

Key tasks include:
1. Pre-Removal Assessment: Conduct diagnostic checks and visual inspections of the system to identify issues impacting safe removal.
2. ICRA Level II Area Setup: Establish a compliant work area with dust barriers and protective measures.
3. System Disassembly: Disassemble the imaging system according to OEM specifications while protecting surrounding areas.
4. Component Removal and Transport: Safely remove and transport disassembled components out of the facility.
5. Disposal: Dispose of all components in accordance with regulations governing electronic waste and hazardous materials.
6. Floor Restoration: Restore floor conditions post-removal by filling or covering bolt holes.
7. Optional Retention Tasks: Depending on direction from the COR, either remove or retain the ceiling-mounted monitor arm and monitor associated with the system.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during normal working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time, excluding federal holidays.
