Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the North Texas Healthcare System, has issued an amendment to solicitation 36C25723Q0317 for a Physical Access Control System (PACS) project. Work Details
The work involves the installation, maintenance, and servicing of a Physical Access Control System (PACS) at multiple locations including Audie L. Murphy Memorial VA hospital ALMD, Kerrville VAMC, North Central Federal VA Clinic, Victoria VA Clinic, Villa Serena, VA Polytrauma Transitional Housing (PTRP), and Northwest Healthcare Center. The existing system (C-Cure 9000 and Genetec) needs to be validated and checked before information transfer. The approved PACS products include Gallagher Command Centre PACS, Identiv Velocity Security Management System, Kastle Systems CPS (EP) PACS and Validation Infrastructure, and PACS and Validation Infrastructure for XTec AuthentX ePACS. The incumbent contractor for this work is Security Operations Group International LLC. The most recent contract number for similar work is 36C25720P1481 awarded on 9/16/2020 in the amount of $1,531,625.13.
