Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for the project titled 'Update Security Camera System' at the Roseburg Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), North Bend, and Brookings Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

The primary goal of this contract is to enhance the security camera system to improve police surveillance capabilities. This project falls under the Network Contracting Office 20, which is responsible for overseeing the procurement of construction services for VA facilities. The work will be conducted in an active healthcare environment, necessitating high levels of coordination with VA staff and adherence to strict security protocols.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings. Key tasks include:
1. Repairing and upgrading the existing security camera hardware and software systems at Roseburg VAMC, North Bend CBOC, and Brookings CBOC.
2. Incorporating new components into the existing system as per manufacturer specifications.
