Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to enhance security at its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) across Arkansas by installing a stand-alone Security Surveillance Camera System. This initiative aims to improve safety and security for patients and staff, ensuring that incident investigations can be effectively conducted by VA Police through data transmission to the VA Virtual Cloud.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary equipment and personnel to install a security surveillance camera system at eight CBOCs in Arkansas. The installation will include:

1. Providing all Pro Services on-site Engineering labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required for the installation.

2. Installation of servers, hardware, software, and new camera systems compliant with VA directives.

3. Adherence to federal, state, and local codes/regulations/standards including the VA Physical Security Design Manual.

4. Ensuring all system components are monitored and controlled by Engineering Electronics Technicians.

5. Compliance with section 889 of the NDAA and TAA for U.S made products.

6. Coordination with the VA Office of Information and Technology (OIT) for secure internet connectivity between camera hardware and network PCs.

7. Installation of various camera types including 4K IR Outdoor Vandal Dome AI Cameras, 12MP Fisheye Cameras, and LPR Cameras across different CBOC locations as specified in the detailed SOW.

Period of Performance
The work may be accomplished in phases due to funding availability; specific timelines will be determined based on project requirements.

Place of Performance
The installation will take place at eight Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Arkansas: Conway, El Dorado, Hot Springs, Mena, Mountain Home, Pine Bluff, Russellville, and Searcy.
