N0042124D0008 Award Notice - Mobile Deployable (MD) for NAWCAD WOLF SCMS

This contract action supports the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications MIssion Solutions (SCMS) Division by providing engineering and technical services required for productions and installation of electrical and electronic communication systems onto diverse Mobile Deployable (MD) platforms from concept through installation and fielding. Engineering and technical services include planning and analysis, engineering design, assimilation, kitting, production and verification, logistics and in-service support, and technical management support of new and legacy MD Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems and platforms.

This contract was competitively awarded, and is a Single Award (SA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plust-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) term Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for labor and corresponding cost reimbursable CLINs for Other Direct Costs (ODCs).

This contract is not a fixed price contract due to uncertanties with the type of work and not being able to reasonably estimate their cost iimpacts.
