Work Details
The contract will result in a 5-year requirements contract for the repair/modification of items specified on Attachment A. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all effort including labor, material, and facilities required to repair and/or modify the ordered quantities of repairable assemblies in the V-22, C-130, and Fixed Wing Systems System. The contractor shall provide the necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, and test and tooling equipment required to return the items to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition.

The contractor must maintain configuration control and change authority for all items in this contract. The contractor is responsible for supplying all parts and material necessary to perform the required repairs under this Contract unless parts or material are specifically identified as Government Furnished Material (GFM). The contractor will actively participate in the Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP) per the Operations Manual (OM).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is 5 years from the date of award with three successive twelve-month Option Period(s).

Place of Performance
The place of delivery will be at or near the contractor's plant for FOB Origin shipments.
